Projects Department

The Project Department is responsible for the development of practical, impartial supply chain solutions for both GKN-group and non-Group customers. Co-ordinating the set-up phase of cross-border or multi-location projects, the department works to maximise the strategic opportunities available utilising the GKN Freight Services Logistics Network wherever possible to the advantage of its customers. Services include, supply chain modelling, network optimisation and site evaluation. Results focus upon improving the competitiveness of logistics activities and adding competitive advantage.
