Customer Survey
The results of the GKN Freight Services Global Customer Survey 2010 show that 99% of our customers are receiving a service that they rate as good, very good or excellent. Compared to the 2009 survey this year's results show that there has been an overall increase in customers rating our services as very good as opposed to good and an increase in those rating our service as excellent. We recognise that in a small number of cases our service is deemed only satisfactory. We have contacted each of the customers that have expressed concerns and we are working hard to ensure that no customer receives a service that they rate lower than good.
