Pam Bowen - Winner of Employee of the Year Award
I am pleased to announce Pam Bowen as the winner of the Employee of the Year Award 2011.
Pam was our employee of the month in June (2011). Pam was recognised for her unprecedented commitment and willingness to support her fellow colleagues during highly challenging times as well as for her outstanding on-going dedication, commitment and Team work following unplanned changes in management within FSI.
As you know the objective of this Scheme is to give recognition to employees who have performed exceptionally and Pam has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure that the changes in management particularly within the Finance function, continued to perform to the highest standards and ensure that there was minimal disruption to our performance. I would like on behalf of the Board of Directors, to congratulate Pam and thank her for her dedication.
We saw 12 outstanding winners of the Employee of the Month Awards throughout 2011 as well as received many nominations making the decisions extremely difficult. I have been pleased with this programme and you have already seen that we will continue a similar process in 2012 but this year it will be team focussed.
Congratulations to all our monthly winners in 2011 and I look forward to seeing this year’s nominations for teams in due course.
