Customer Survey
The results of the GKN Freight Services Global Customer Survey 2009 show that 98% of our customers are receiving a service that they rate as good, very good or excellent. Compared to the 2008 survey this year's results show that there has been an overall increase in customers rating our services as very good as opposed to good but a small decrease in those rating our service as excellent. We also recognise that in a small number of cases our service is deemed only satisfactory with a very, very small number expressing concerns that, in some areas, our service did not meet their expectations. We have contacted each of the customers that have expressed concerns and we are working hard to ensure that no customer receives a service that they rate lower than good.
