Customer Survey

 The results of the GKN Freight Services Europe Customer Survey 2008 show that most of our customers are receiving a service that they rate as good, very good or excellent. However, we recognise that in a small number of cases our service is deemed only satisfactory with a very, very small number expressing concerns that, in some areas, our service did not meet their expectations. We have contacted each of the customers that have expressed concerns and we are working hard to ensure that no customer receives a service that they rate lower than good.

We would like to thank everyone who took part in this year’s survey: unless we know your views we cannot be sure that we are meeting your expectations.
